The Shops at Highland Village revealed Monday that four brand-new occupants– including two shop shops and a wine garden dining establishment– are going to open by September.
“Keeping unbelievable leasing momentum throughout 2021, we are planning for 2022 to be an even more powerful year for the center,” said Ravi Wadhwa, basic manager at The Shops. “We look forward to inviting these renters for our neighborhood to delight in.”
The 4 future occupants sign up with Hazel + Honey Store, which opened last month.
Neon Elephant, a children’s boutique, will open this month next to Woodhouse Spa and Victoria’s Secret. The new idea from Jen Kaplinsky, owner of Knowing Express, will offer a large variety of shoes, clothes and devices for babies, young children and pre-teens.
Apricot Lane Shop will provide a “truly budget friendly distinct store experience” beside Claire’s. Apricot Lane, opening in April, will be a stylish womenswear boutique including modern-day takes on sportswear, dressy styles and devices.
Sip + Enjoy will be a wine garden dining establishment “that transportations visitors directly into the heart of wine country.” Opening in September near Grimaldi’s, Sip + Relish will have “a whimsical environment featuring unmatched hospitality” with food, craft cocktails and curated wines on the menu.
Compass Real estate, a realty brokerage company, will open an office next to Adventure Kids Playcare this month.
